3 course meal
Yay!!! My Sunday dinner, a sumptious 3 course meal!
- Carbo dish
very very very thick/GAO Yam Paste aka Orh Nee. Removed the arteries clogging coconut milk and get yourself a yam overdose!!! Felt like puking after finish that err.." bowl"!!! Its sooo super duper thick... like eating blended yam without adding water!!!
2. Protein dish
Beancurd with Ginko nut!!!
main source of protein + calcium from today's vegan diet!
much needed brain booster!!! Ginko nut, said to promote memory cells or smt. Need my memory cells for... Carbohydrate(glucose/glycogen) + Fatty Acid + Amino Acid metabolism ... THEORY!
3. Dessert
Fresh PAPAYA. Sought after for its beta-carotene thats good your eyes, and that wide array of whatever vitamins/enzymes to boost your METABOLISM.
All items can be bought at Bukit Timah Food Centre for... $2.20 + $1 + $2 = $5.20 on a tabao basis, will be 40cents cheaper if you choose not to tabao.
Diess... havent start on my Fatty Acid and Amino Acid metabolism... HOW!!!!!
