Yay!!! My Sunday dinner, a sumptious 3 course meal!

1. Carbo dish

very very very thick/GAO Yam Paste aka Orh Nee. Removed the arteries clogging coconut milk and get yourself a yam overdose!!! Felt like puking after finish that err.." bowl"!!! Its sooo super duper thick... like eating blended yam without adding water!!!

2. Protein dish

Beancurd with Ginko nut!!!

main source of protein + calcium from today's vegan diet!

much needed brain booster!!! Ginko nut, said to promote memory cells or smt. Need my memory cells for... Carbohydrate(glucose/glycogen) + Fatty Acid + Amino Acid metabolism ... THEORY!

3. Dessert

Fresh PAPAYA. Sought after for its beta-carotene thats good your eyes, and that wide array of whatever vitamins/enzymes to boost your METABOLISM.

All items can be bought at Bukit Timah Food Centre for... $2.20 + $1 + $2 = $5.20 on a tabao basis, will be 40cents cheaper if you choose not to tabao.

Diess... havent start on my Fatty Acid and Amino Acid metabolism... HOW!!!!!

I washed my mouse... the laptop mouse! Was cleaning my lappy with the whatever solution and couldnt get the stickiness off my mouse... so, smartly, use some soap and rub it all over... then, wash it with water. Barghz!!! Now my mouse is STICKY and RETARDED, the stewpid cursor doesnt follow me!!!


Time to get a new mouse... YAY!


LOL, we won the championship for G-Cup 2007... received my biggest EVER trophy!!! DAMN SERIOUSLY BIG!!! HAHAHAHA, not bad... at least we won $20 each and took pics with the super over-enthu lecturer.

First, get a roughly, 2 weeks old embryonated chicken egg.

Crack the top and expose the membrane

Peel of the membrane

Pour egg content into a petri dish

Snip off the head... the portion with that 2 huge black eyes!!!

Open House OVER!!!

Saad, the open house is OVEERRR which means, EXAMS are coming!!! ARGH!!!!


Had a ALMOST disastrous TKD demo(FOR ME LAR), somebardi broke the steps of the stage! I wasnt aware of it, so while rushing down the stage, i stepped on a broken step and almost fell!!! Phewww, thanks to my quick reflexes and the person who grabbed me... cant imagine what happened if i fall... laughing stock for the next 20years or so.


Was somehow asigned to explaining the AMB stuff for biotech booth, prolly repeated the same thing 300times in total... "EMB agar can be used to detect coliforms in water and if present, it will display a green metallic sheen...blablabla", luckily, someone, i think is dennis, rescued me over to the DNA pendant site!!! That was ffunn!!

And today is alillllllllllll jinxed. Whenever i am talking about somebardy, the somebardy will mysteriously appear somewhere near me!!! FREAKY.

Dissected a mice today!!! DID EVERYTHING(almost) myself too!!! Started with really shaking hands and couldnt bear to do the first snip, thats only the skin, theres still the dunnoe what * i think is called peritonal membrane* to finish off... all that EVIL FORCES surrounding me making relentless NNNOOIIISSSEEE din help too!!! Finally, went thru all the snipping and ALMOST snip off a paw from the poor mice, my hand was like numb and i din feel the scissors crunching the paw... stopped before theres any bleeding, PHEW! Had to search for the SPLEEN which was buried deep down in the body... gotta rummage thru the intestines, livers, hearts and stuff... quite gory so... *BEEP! CENSORED* Yah lar, thats the part i din do, i had a 2D image of whats supposed to be... "THE SPLEEN IS UNDERNEATH THE INTESTINES". Got Deepa to find for me and all i did was to snip it off.


Longest CCTA prac EVER. 3hrs+, minced the spleen, shuffle in between the CCTA lab, Plants lab, IMM lab to get all the centrifugation done, fuse the myeloma cells and spleen cells... lots of work!!! Used a record number of pipettes too... whoopsie!


Finally, BOOTH DAY! Sales wasnt as bad as what i predicted, PHEW! Last day tomorrow, hoping everything CAN GO!!! Then must start to prepare for the G-Cup thing... crap lar, its not compulsory but DrINK made it COMPULSORY!!! BLARDY HELL...

for the year 2007 ... I shall...

1. strive to excel in my ACADEMICS!!! GPA 3.2 ... pls pls pls!!!
2. strive to excel in my SPORTS aka Taekwondo...
3. learn to drive
4. learn to swim (after 300yrs, its still not done!)
5. Visit Korea... haaahaaa!!!
6. complete the blardy I & E project (like duhhh)
7. move on smoothly to the FINAL year of poly life...
8. try to pick up ARCHERY again...
9. start a new saving account!!! $$_$$
10. Eat wisely, drink more water, poop more, exercise regularly and be healthy!
